Adding games is simple:

1. Remove the ROM SD card from the device.
2. Plug the SD card into your computer using an adapter if needed.
3. Copy the game ROMs (files) into the appropriate console folder (e.g., roms/nes, roms/snes, etc.).
4. Safely eject the SD card and reinsert it into the device.
5. Power on the device, and your games will appear under the appropriate system menu.

Alternatively, you can purchase a preloaded SD card that comes with a curated collection of the best games from each system.

Yes! Updating the firmware is easy:

1. Connect the device to Wi-Fi.
2. Navigate to Settings > Check for Updates.
3. If an update is available, the device will prompt you to download and install it.
4. Once the update is installed, the system will reboot with the latest firmware.

Regular updates ensure that you get the latest features and performance enhancements.

No complicated configurations are required. This device is a plug-and-play system. Once your ROMs are added, simply select the game from the menu, and you’re ready to play.

The device comes with preloaded games and lots of them, while the preloaded SD card is an optional SD card that comes with curated games from classic consoles. The preloaded SD cards come in sizes from 64GB to 256GB and are designed for those who want an effortless, plug-and-play experience with the best retro games pre-installed.

This device uses a USB-C cable for charging. Simply connect the device to a power source using the provided USB-C cable, and it will begin charging. DO NOT USE FAST CHARGIN CABLES AS THESE CAN AND WILL DAMAGE THE DEVICE. A full charge typically lasts several hours, depending on usage.

If adding games manually seems too complicated or you’d rather avoid it, you can purchase a preloaded SD card. These SD cards come preloaded with a carefully curated selection of the best retro games, ready to play as soon as you insert the card into the device.

Shipping typically takes between one week to a week and a half depending on your location. Once your order is processed, you'll receive tracking information to monitor your shipment.
